    Design and application of the coal slurry water control system at Shuangliu Mine Coal Preparation Plant

    • For enhancing the level of control of the slurry water treatment system, work is made by Shuangliu Plant on online monitoring, detection and prediction of the flowrate, turbidity, concentration, concentration gradient, and liquid/solids interface of the water in thickening process, and based on which a transparent system is designed to allow the thickening process to become a transparent one. Through unified and coordinated control of agent dosage, automatic agent addition and press filtration process, the slurry water treatment system is made possible to operate in an optimized manner. After the control system is turned into an intelligent one through technical upgrading, the slurry water treatment system can now work stably with no risk of sticking of the rakes of thickener, less consumption of agents, improved efficiency, less manpower, and even with mobile filter presses.
