Application of the intelligent dry separator at Shanjiaoshu Coal Mine Coal Preparation Plant

In order to tackle the problem regarding the inadequacy of raw coal treating capacity and high operating cost, the intelligent dry separator is introduced by Shanjiaoshu Mine for pre-removal of large pieces of gangue, dirts and tramp materials from raw coal, through analysis of the working principle, structural design and technical features of the separator. Field practice shows that its use has met with a good result for its capacity to remove over 90% of >50 mm waste from coal with the loss of coal in gangue being less than 1%.
