    Effect of variation of feed rate on vibration response of double-mass horizontal vibrating centrifuge

    • The WZYT1600 double-mass horizontal vibrating centrifuge is taken as the object to explore the impact of variation of feed rate on its vibration characteristics. Through the use of the simulation software, building of longitudinal multibody dynamics model using multibody dynamics theory and Lagrange method, and creation of piecewise function of mass of material in program, the vibrational displacement curves are defined. Study result shows that variation of feed rate has basically no influence on the amplitude of the secondary vibrating mechanism, and the amplitude of the primary vibrating mechanism is seen to be negatively correlated with variation of feed rate. The test results are in good agreement with those obtained through analysis. It can be seen that the WZYT1600 centrifuge under study is highly adaptable to variation of feed rate.
