Study on application of flotation quality control system at Gaozhuang Coal Preparation PLant

In order to obtain a higher yield of concentrate in flotation of fine coal slime, a highly efficient flotation quality management mode is developed by Gaozhuang Coal Preparation Plant by taking the following measures:systematic search and elimination of the key control factors affecting the slime flotation operation by applying the MES-based back-tracing management mode; building of the MES flotation quality fine management and control system; adoption of the measures for intensifying personnel training, ensuring accurate operating procedures, improving technical management, optimizing assessment mechanism and improving risks control management; and implementation of the methods for making dynamic monitoring and investigation of responsibilities. With the practice of the management mode over the past year, the flotation system has been seen to be able to operate more efficiently with highly stable flotation indices, thus leading to rise of both yield and qualified rate of flotation concentrate product.
