Practice on transformation of the artificial commercial coal sampling and preparation system

Accurate commercial coal quality inspection is one of vital links in high-valve utilization of coal. As the artificial coal quality inspection system in current use at Shilawusu Mine Coal Preparation Plant is low in intelligent level and accuracy, and there is delay in producing the analysis result, the following work is made on intelligent transformation of the system:redesigning of the No.1 coal sampling shop(coal for local sales) and the No.2 coal sampling shop(coal for out-loading by train), and addition of a left-over coal return system. Practice shows the use of the system makes it possible to realize successful unmanned transfer of coal samples, optimization of coal sampling and samplings preparation system, and elimination of environmental pollution, improving, as a result, the commercial coal sampling and preparation management level. The study result may serve as a bose for the development of intelligent coal mines.
