    Study and application of digital twinning technology at coal preparation plant

    • For enabling Lilou Coal Preparation Plant to realize fine management, improve production efficiency and product quality and reduce operating cost and risk, a multi-disciplinary, multiple physical quantities and multi-description integrated simulation process is developed at Lilou Plant through the use of digital twinning technology, 3-demensional modeling coupled with various on-site sensors and historical data recorded in operation. It is made possible through the process to carry out mapping in virtual space and thus reflect the actual operation process of the whole plant. The digital twinning technology is mainly applied for realizing 3D real-time monitoring, 3D model real-scene viewing, simulation of flowsheet of coal washing process and real-time personnel positioning. The use of the technology has led to improvement of management of operations in shops and makes it possible to realize intelligent and fine management of whole plant.
