    Study and application of the multi-channel data coupling technology-based intelligent robot system in separation of waste

    • Handpicking of waste in raw coal pretreatment shop is a kind of hard, labor-intensive and dangerous work. To solve this problem, an intelligent waste sorting-out system that integrate the waste identification, actuating control and management systems is developed by Fucun Coal Company using the non-radioactive waste identification technology. The system can carry out automatic identification of coal and waste, automatic sorting-out of waste and automatic splitting of flow of coal and waste. Practice shows that through switching the backward handpicking mode to a mode that can work in an intelligent highly efficient and stable manner, the waste removal efficiency is ≥98%, enabling therefore the enhancement of the automation and intelligentization level of the coal preparation plant.
