The press filtration system of Hanjiacun Coal Preparation Plant turned to an intelligent one through technical transformation

For realizing intelligent control of the press filtration system of Hanjiacun Coal Preparation Plant, work is made on transformation of the existing filtration system to realize networking of control systems of filter presses, intelligent collection of control information and detection of various parameters of each filter press, automatic feeding, filter cloth cleaning and queued discharge operations. After the transformation, the filter press can each determine independently the feed rate according to flowrate, concentration and working state of each press, and the grouped presses can carry out intelligent queuing for discharge, coordinated operation and mobile monitoring functions. With the use of the intelligentized system, manual operation and reliance on experiences of operators are not required, and its use can lead to elimination of the trouble caused by sticking of material onto filter cloth, lessening of labor intensity, and improvement of production efficiency and safety level in operation.
