Application of template and profile gauges in process for checking and inspection of flotation machine

Aiming to improve flotation machine inspection efficiency, a series of template profile gauges for checking taper of impeller, clearance between impeller and stator cover, belt pulley wheel groove, etc. has been developed based on experience gained in routine inspection work. Field application of the tools has met with a good result. Practice shows that the use of the tools for gauging dimensions, position and fitting accuracy of parts or components of flotation machine allows the inspection work to be made with a higher efficiency, a lower cost and an assured quality.
