Application of sizing crusher in Lvjiatuo Mine′s refuse crushing system

With an aim to improve the refuse crushing effect to promote its comprehensive utilization, a comparative analysis is made of the crushers commonly used for this purpose. Based on analysis result, the 2PLF100/200 sizing crusher is applied for crushing large pieces of refuse. Field application shows there are less oversize particles (less than 5%) and overcrushed particles in this product, and the size of crushed product can be flexibly adjusted; and the crusher has a high breaking ability, high capacity, stability, and reliability. Its successful application provides a new option in selection of refuse crushing equipment.
